We keep our weekly market food focused – local growers, local value added food producers, and occasionally local companies involved in food storage or local authors who want to do readings. The market is curated, meaning that while we don’t guarantee any vendor will have an exclusive on any product, we will pick and choose vendors to create a diverse market where all vendors can do well. In that vein, we have plenty of baked goods and honey, but we’re definitely looking for additional local meats, grains, oils and dairy.
