Our weather policy varies by season!
In the winter (November to April):
Hours: 10-12 on Saturday
Market is cancelled if
-Temperature is forecast to be under 40 degrees at 10am
-It’s forecast to be raining and under 50 degrees at 10am
-It’s snowing, sleeting, thundering, blowing over 25mph, or otherwise unsafe
In the Summer (May to October):
Hours: 9-12
Market is cancelled if
-There’s a hurricane or similar storm system forecast during market hours
-It’s thundering or there’s visible lightning during market hours
We do our best not to cancel market until it’s obvious that conditions are unsafe. However, individual vendors may choose not to attend based on their schedules and when they need to begin preparing for market.
